SUSAN O’ NEILL
Senior Neuromuscular Physical Therapist

Susie is the proprietor of Sandymount Neuromuscular & Sports Injury Clinic (est. 2015). She is the Clinic’s Senior Neuromuscular Physical Therapist. Also a Rehab and Reformer/Pilates Instructor, she is qualified in Dry Needling. Her anatomical knowledge and expertise has been honed over many years focusing on sports injuries with Rugby Players, Boxers, Runners and MMA Fighters. Susie works with various body injuries including acute and long term chronic pain issues. She is a former Martial Arts all-Ireland champion and has a keen interest Triathlon training.

Neuromuscular Physical Therapist

Mariela is a Neuromuscular Therapist specialising in a range of body treatments and protocols, which release muscular tightness and tension. She also focuses on chronic musculoskeletal issues, injuries and strains.

Mariela is a keen tennis player and practises whenever she has an opportunity to do so.

LUCY
Sports Therapist

Lucy holds a degree in Sports Therapy. She currently works with an Elite female boxing athlete and a men’s senior soccer team.

As an athlete Lucy holds six Irish boxing titles, from this she understands the importance of pre and post recovery as well as maintenance.

SEAN HUSBAND

Sport Physiologist

Sean is currently a PhD candidate in position optimisation for cycling and holds an MSc in Sports & Exercise Physiology.

Sean has worked with elite triathletes in GB triathlon program that achieved multiple medals in Tokyo 2020.

He works with Professional Cycling Teams, Age Group Triathletes and Distance Runners alike in both a physiologist and coaching role.

As an athlete Sean has raced internationally as a Professional Triathlete in Ironman and World Triathlon events.

Acupuncturist

Michal Niedzialkowski is a full member of the PRTCM and recognised by VHI, Laya Healthcare and other main Health Insurance providers in Ireland for the provision of Acupuncture treatments.

He studied at the Irish College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ICTCM) in Dublin. Michal is a teacher and Clinical Supervisor at the ICTCM.

He is a qualified and insured practitioner of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, including:

  • Chinese Herbal Medicine
  • Medical Qigong

Tiha is a qualified homeopath, trained in the Irish School of Homeopathy, and uses a highly holistic approach in helping people find their own way to mental, emotional and physical balance.

Christina is a Sports and Orthopaedic Therapist specialising in the following treatment areas:

She provides support for specific musculoskeletal conditions including injury recovery, MS, Cancer Care, Sedentary Lifestyles, Yoga for Stress Relief and Relaxation, Breathwork and Meditation.

MOIRA LAWSON

Reiki Master

Moira Lawson is a qualified Reiki Master and a member of Reiki Federation Ireland. Moira started her Reiki training in 2005 when she was working with a down syndrome infant who suffered with chest infections. After seeing how effective the treatments were, she spent many years using her Reiki privately helping family, friends and in a voluntary capacity while working with NGO’s in different countries. She obtained her Reiki Masters in 2021 so that she could become a qualified practitioner.

As a documentary / travel photographer in her spare time, Moira has spent years travelling to countries where alternative therapies are part of everyday life, and alongside this with her personal practise in Buddhism, Moira brings a gentle, calming and compassionate approach to her treatments.
