Today, we'd like you to meet one of the newest faces in our lab: Dillon O'Neill.
At just 18, Dillon is balancing school life with a hands-on role as a lab technician. When our physiologist, Sean, is away, Dillon steps in to carry out client testing, and he does it with a maturity and focus that belies his years. Sean has taken Dillon under his wing, and it's been a pleasure watching that mentorship grow.
Dillon's passion for performance isn't just academic. A keen footballer, he has represented Dublin at underage level with the GAA, so he knows first-hand what it takes to train, compete and push your body to its limits. That experience gives him a natural understanding of the athletes and clients who walk through our doors.
Looking ahead, Dillon hopes to study Sports Science at UCD. With his on-the-ground experience in the lab, his sporting background and Sean's guidance, he's already building a strong foundation for that path.
