Anatomy in Motion

Whole-body movement therapy that finds the root cause

We've created a space where science-based movement therapy meets deep body awareness. Using the Anatomy in Motion (AiM) method, we help you uncover the root of pain and restriction, not just treat the symptoms. Through precise, corrective movement and a whole-body approach, we guide you back to balance, efficiency and freedom in your own body.

What makes AiM different

How it works

  • Gary Ward's whole-body movement framework
  • Gait pattern analysis, where the foot meets the ground
  • Injury history and movement screening
  • Corrective movement exercises tailored to you
  • Reconnection with natural, pain-free movement

Who it's for

  • Recurring injury patterns that come back after treatment
  • Pain that hasn't responded to standard physiotherapy
  • Athletes wanting smoother, more efficient movement
  • Anyone whose body 'just feels wrong'
  • Post-injury return-to-sport with confidence

The kinds of problems AiM resolves

  • Chronic back, hip and knee pain
  • Plantar fasciitis and foot pain that won't resolve
  • Asymmetric gait, recurring sprains
  • Movement compensation patterns from old injuries
  • Postural imbalances and tension headaches
  • Stuck mobility despite years of stretching

Your AiM session

  • 60-minute one-to-one with Ben-G
  • Full movement and gait assessment
  • Hands-on work plus corrective movement exercises
  • Take-home movement homework, what to do between sessions
  • Most clients see meaningful change within 3–5 sessions
